Terms & Conditions

1. General

These terms apply to all work undertaken by Luis Electrical. By accepting a quote or instructing us to carry out work, you agree to these terms.

2. Quotes & Estimates

All quotes are valid for 30 days. Estimates are subject to change if unforeseen work is required. We will always inform you of any cost changes before proceeding.

3. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept bank transfer, cash, or card payments. Late payments may incur interest.

4. Warranty

All workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of completion. Materials are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

5. Cancellations

We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Missed appointments may incur a call-out charge.

6. Liability

We hold full public liability insurance. However, we are not liable for any damage caused by pre-existing faults in your electrical installation.
